I saw this video a while back and it has stuck with me.
It is an amazing account of how this song was birthed.

OH my! I didn't know this story! WOW! This is so powerful! I have sung this hymn all of my life....and never knew this history!!! Just another of "HISstories"!!!! Amazing!
