So excited about this Thursday's Praise and Coffee Night of Worship!!!
Details HERE.
I've been practicing with the boys of Trinity ftL (for the Lord). I suppose I should't call them boys but I knew them when they were toddlers! They have become one of the best bands I've ever heard.
They are incredibly talented and their hearts are set on the Lord (the drummer's heart is also quite set on my daughter- they are the cutest couple!).

They were really hoping their CD would be out in time for the Praise and Coffee Night however it will be available in the next couple weeks.
If you are in the area, come on out for a night of worship. I can't wait to see women from all different backgrounds and walks of life, worshipping the One true God in unity!!!
If you can't come, please lift it up in prayer, I believe it is going to be a powerful evening!

Sue,
I agree...I wish we lived closer to each other because coffee with you would be awesome. I am sure that we have much more in common than we realize.
Thanks for the encouragement. I hope that the exit from FB is temporary. When I began my blog, I felt, as you do, that God would use it as a tool to encourage women in their walk with God. And, He did use it...and looking back on some of the posts I wrote and the comments made...it's evident He was there. I was just not faithful to continue on that path because I became to addicted to FB rather than what God was asking of me.
There are some things God has called me to do...and out of fear I have resisted completing them (i.e., writing a book about God's healing of my marriage, and a book on purposeful parenting).
Balance has always been something I have struggled to find in my life. Alot of it has to do with fear and the addictive nature of some adults with ADD/ADHD. Fortunately, God does not let me run for long! :D
Much love to you,
Kelly
