God Always Has the Last Word!

And here's the proof:

Acts 7:9-10
"Because the patriarchs were jealous of Joseph, they sold him as a slave into Egypt. But God was with him and rescued him from all his troubles. He gave Joseph wisdom and enabled him to gain the goodwill of Pharaoh king of Egypt; so he made him ruler over Egypt and all his palace.
NIV

Keep trusting in Him, He is with YOU too!!!

I'd love to hear what "pit" you've been thrown into that seems impossible to get out of...

What a great Word! I needed to be reminded of that this morning! Thanks, Sue. We're in the pit of job loss right now and as the days go by and the doors seem closed, we're praying for that "Joseph moment"!

Can't print my particular pit yet, but what I love is that no matter what pit we are in, God is always with us, that He is in control, and that He has a purpose. Also, there is no word that says Joseph tried to claw his way out of his pits or prisons, but he "bloomed where he was planted." It might even be that God will never raise us from our "pits" until He takes us to our palace, but if we have the right perspective, even our pits have the potential to become a paradise on earth when our eyes are on the Prince. Wow! Didn't mean to throw in so many "p" words.

We're also in the pit of job loss. But I know that he is always with us. Thank you.

We are in a pit of "job loss" as many others are. However, God is teaching me not to pray for a job for my husband but to pray for Him to meet all our needs. I thank Him for doing it also.

This seems to keep me from getting mired in the mud in my pit and also reminds me that HE is the one who provides...not my husband's job.

I threw myself into the pit of unemployment! I know that God is with me and that He has guided me in the choice. He will also lead me into a better place of employment if that is what I need. Trusting. :)

Thanks.

The biggest pit was starting a home-based business with my husband as my boss! But let me tell you the wonders it has done for us...God is so good at being creative and restoring love and respect back into our marriage. Despite the crazy hours (me on the computer)I wouldn't change a thing right now!
