I've been divorced for over a year and still struggle with feelings of inadequacy. For His Gracehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16023712761796869025noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1636139298576673779.post-57951570930769264412009-10-30T06:56:16.020-04:002009-10-30T06:56:16.020-04:00It still feels like a huge void and emptiness thou...It still feels like a huge void and emptiness though (being unequally yoked that is). The Lord humbled me and showed me that marriages are fragile and need to cared for...the love and respect thing is HUGE! But in the end, God knows your heart and your true intentions and if you are open to hearing Him, He can teach you how to thrive in an unequally yoked marriage.Suzannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04527175096071950288noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1636139298576673779.post-48040363963601175472009-10-27T13:08:02.089-04:002009-10-27T13:08:02.089-04:00Great post Sue! GOD can heal that marriage and build it (I dare not say restore) to something that honors him. He did mine. My husband is now more than I ever even asked God for when I prayed.

I remember standing in worship one day and God spoke very clearly to me that HE would be my husband when my earthly husband wouldn't. At the time my husband was battling porn addiction and anger problems. Our marriage was over in my eyes and I was begging God to release me from this marriage. God's plan was better than mine, I look at my husband now and I say, "WOW, God you are so awesome!"Valerie Stillshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13819314679375153927noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1636139298576673779.post-49052018246411267662009-10-27T08:58:58.725-04:002009-10-27T08:58:58.725-04:00Sue, thank you for words of encouragement.
